Yes, there’s a lovely 18-hole golf course here, but don’t be afraid to bring the kids! The Mini Golf course is available to anyone who’s old enough to hold a putter. The course features beautiful landscaping, including a 15 foot waterfall and ponds with towering water fountains. Real sand traps and rough make this mini golf course fun and challenging for people of all ages.
Hours: Memorial Day to Labor Day: Monday through Sunday 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Off Season: Monday through Thursday: 9:00 am to Dark; Friday & Saturday 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Cost: Adults (13 & older): $8.00; Children (4yrs – 12yrs): $6.00; Toddler (3yrs & under): FREE
Jester Park Miniature Golf Course

The 18-hole Jester Park Miniature Golf Course is fun yet challenging for players of all ages. The professionally designed course has multiple water features, practice greens, and beautifully manicured flower beds. The course is also lit to provide some night time fun! Hours: Summer (May 30 – Labor Day): Monday through Thursday & Sunday 9:00 am until Dark; Friday & Saturday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Lights off At 10:00 pm. Off season: Daily 10:00 am to Sunset.

Perfect Games

Perfect Games in Ames is an exceptional family fun center that offers a wide range of activities, including an exciting outdoor 18-hole mini-golf course. This mini-golf course is fully equipped with captivating water features, adding an extra element of enjoyment for the entire family.
Hours: Sunday through Saturday 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Since the Mini Golf course is located outdoors it may close due to inclement weather.

Puttmasters at the Pines

This is a great course for little kids who are just learning to swing a club. Located in a beautiful park like setting with a stream, waterfall and large pond this 18-hole course is well kept and features unique challenges and obstacles for all ages. Puttmasters at the Pines is the perfect stop on the way to or on the way home from Saylorville and kids can feed the fish after their game.
Summer Hours: Wednesday through Saturday 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm; Sunday, 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm. CLOSED Monday and Tuesday, but available for group rental.
Cost: 1st round $9.00; 2nd round $4.50 per person. Children 3 and under play for free!
Terrace Hills Golf Course

Cruise on over to Pleasant Hill for this fun family mini-golf spot. Toad Valley’s Field of Greens Mini Links is one of the most challenging courses in Central Iowa.
