Eat the Rainbow – Create & Learn

Bring the kiddos to this hands on class to learn why it is important to have a plate full of colors with Shaunna, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Learn what the different colors in your favorite fruits and vegetables do for your health! While Shaunna is talking with the kids they’ll create their own custom plate to remind them to eat all the colors

After the talk and our plates are painted we will make yummy fruit kabobs with all the colors of the rainbow!
