Wild Night Life & Hike @ Jester Park

Sit around the campfire as we discuss the wild nightlife in Jester Park. A short hike will follow as we search for some of these nocturnal creatures. REGISTRATION: Required DEADLINE: Register by Tuesday, July 7 for July 9th program or Wednesday August 5 for August 7th program. COST: $5 AGES: 5+ Our top priority has been and will continue to be the health and well-being of the public and the staff. Come join Muddy Boots Forest Camp for the Boots and Books series around the Des Moines metro! We will meet together for a toddler-paced hike at a local park and enjoy a healthy snack while listening to a story read to the group. Before you leave your child gets to choose his or her own book to bring home!

Registration includes: Group hike and story read aloud, one free book, and one healthy snack per child registered.

Parent’s Morning Out @ Greenwood/Ashworth Park

During a parent’s morning out children will join together at a local park for games, free-play, snack time with a story, and a craft to take home!
It’s a time for parents to run errands, enjoy a coffee date, or just relax at their favorite local hangout.

Enrollment is currently capped at 5 children per session ages 3-8.

*Provided snack will be nut-free.
