Build My Future

Build My Future is an immersive hands on event that allows participants to see multiple career paths available in Iowa. Participants will be able to get their hands on carpentry, welding, plumbing, electric, roofing, masonry, advanced manufacturing, CAD, Commercial & Residential Building Design, Architecture Modeling with Virtual & Augmented Reality, Heavy Equipment Operator, & much more !

This event will also have simulators available with many of the same careers represented.

From 8 AM-2 PM all High Schools are available to come to this event for FREE. Lunch will be provided  to those coming to the day sessions. From 3-7 ALL AGE GROUPS are allowed to participate.

If the participants are younger than 18 you will need to have a parent/guardian or chaperone present. This is a great opportunity to talk to employers one on one while getting to see & feel what a day in the field could look like in that career!
