The event starts at 6:30 am with bike check out at 5:00 pm.

Spectators can make a significant impact on the athletes by encouraging them along the course with cheers and applause. Spectators are welcome at swim start, the transition areas, throughout the bike and run courses, and at the finish line. For the safety of the athletes and spectators, key areas are lined with barricades and access inside is limited. But those barricades do not impede the spectators’ ability to follow the action, and there are lots of good places along the course to do that.
