Family Fishing Fun

Have you always wanted to learn to fish, teach your kids the joys of fishing, or simply enjoy easy access to one of our hidden lakes? Join us at the Glissman Conservation Area pond during Iowa’s free fishing weekend (no fishing license required) for a Sunday afternoon of fishing fun. We’ll have a limited number of rods and reels that can be borrowed as well as bait and treats for the kids. A naturalist will be on hand to assist new anglers. A great opportunity for an afternoon of outdoor family fun.
