Visitors (all ages) will be immersed in the sounds and spirit of the holiday season. The Grace Church Ensemble will perform traditional and popular holiday carols while guests enjoy Christmas cookies and fruit punch. There will be a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus with photo opportunities for the whole family. Docents will share the stories and impact of the World Food Prize Foundation and Iowans in food and agriculture.
The holiday season is also an important season of giving and joining together in the spirit of alleviating hunger. To help support our Des Moines community, guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation. Learn more about the most needed items here.
