The Altoona Library will be open for an additional hour before opening so that our patrons who appreciate a sensory friendly environment can enjoy the library! Patrons will be able to browse the library’s collection and check-out materials.
This location offers the following services:
- Computer access
- Quiet rooms
- Dimmed lights
- Noise-canceling headphones
- Sensory play room
- ARL Therapy Pets (8:30-9:30 AM)
