Fun Virtual Workouts to Keep the Family Fit While Stuck at Home

The local fitness community in Des Moines is doing a great job of providing lots of FREE on-line content to keep us from becoming total couch potatoes during the coronavirus shut down.  Virtual workouts are a great way to integrate movement and exercise into your day. Most of these exercises can be done right in your living room and we promise they will get everybody motivated to keep moving and stay active while we’re all stuck at home!
