Roll into fun this summer in Des Moines! Kids Skate Free and Kids Bowl Free are two organizations that support FREE and discounted play for skating and bowling in the Des Moines area. Both sports are a great way to get your kids moving especially on those days when the weather doesn’t cooperate. You can visit several times a week and your only cost will be skate or bowling shoe rental.

About Kids Bowl Free
Kids Bowl Free entitles children, who are registered in the program, to receive a coupon via email each Sunday for two free games of bowling daily for the following week.
How to Register
Summer registration is currently open at http://www.kidsbowlfree.com. Once registered you will receive an email with a “coupon” from your LOCAL bowling alley good for kids to play two FREE bowling games a day. You can opt to receive a text message letting you know that the email was sent.
Terms & Conditions
All participants must wear bowling shoes – rental shoes available. Not good for use with daycare outings, camps, business or club outings, or birthday party celebrations.

The Kids Skate Free program is offered year-round at https://kidsskatefree.com/. Parents will need to sign up for the program on the Kids Skate Free website. Your passes will then be available in the MyHownd app on Monday mornings.
