Baby and Me Yoga

Babies love to move and watch you move, too. Stretches to target your areas of stress (neck, shoulders, back) and tone abdominals. Poses for babies to connect with you and help them digest and sleep better. No yoga experience necessary. Ages: newborn until your baby is crawling circles around your yoga mat. Bring a baby blanket and your sense of humor! This class is offered once monthly on Saturdays as a Special Event.
