Our yoga classes introduce children to yoga in a fun and engaging way! Students will come to know themselves in a safe space where they are able to fuild their skills in self-determination, calming and focusing of the mind, reflecting on their thoughts and feelings in different situations, and continuing to make mindful choices in a safe environment, all while gaining flexibility and strength. Please bring a yoga mat for each participant. Instructor Molly Sivertsen Bean has owned Fusion Fitness since 2006 and has conducted a variety of fitness and wellness courses since 1995. She is certified in RYT Yoga, ACSM Personal Trainer, and certified in Spinning, Kickboxing, and ACE. Molly has four children and lives in Indianola.
Ages 3-6 yrs plus adult. Registration deadline is Wednesday, February 2, or when full.
