Come to the Gardens and warm up in these light-hearted parent/child yoga classes that incorporate stories about autumn. Bend, stretch, twist, balance and then relax in authentic yoga poses reshaped for youngsters. Instructor Nan Bonfils is Creative Director at Centering Porch and has trained with Yoga Kids International. Ages 3+ with an adult. Preregistration with prepayment is required by Friday, September 29. Perfect in combination with Parent/Child Dance & Movement!
