This one-week training camp will be held at Farrell’s Extremebodyshaping Jordan Creek location June 13-17, 2022. The class will be 1 hour long and go from 10:15-11:15 am each day. All participants will receive a set of boxing gloves, wraps, a water bottle, and a t-shirt. We will teach your kids the importance of maintaining good health habits and some basic kickboxing and strength training moves. This week’s age group is 8-12 year-olds.
