ANKENY, IOWA (July 15, 2024) – The Ankeny Police Department, in conjunction with the Central Iowa Traffic Safety Task Force and the Governor’s Traffic Safety Bureau will be offering free car seat safety checks and education to parents and caregivers on Saturday, July 20th, 2024, from 9 am to 12 pm at Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny, 1101 SE Oralabor Rd. Certified technicians will inspect your car seat.
